Clinical Intake Coordinator

Responsibilities
Communicating with clinical field staff, scheduling and managing external record documents, insurance eligibility, authorizations, managing referrals for new patients. May require LVN field visits with our geriatric patients if needed.

Qualifications
The candidate for this position should be detail oriented, self disciplined, prompt, organized, be able to communicate professionally on phone and be a good manager of their time
