We are currently looking for a full-time Clinical Manager at Telos, located in Santa Cruz. This position is responsible for supporting clinical services for an eight-bed, Crisis Residential Mental Health Program. The Clinical Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager, to support consistent, high quality, services as well as lead oversight of a Clinical Team. Applicants will be familiar with utilizing crisis de-escalation, motivational interviewing, trauma informed care, and other evidence-based treatment practices for adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring disorders.
Masters' degree in Psychology, Clinical Social Work or related field preferred (license or licensed-eligible MFT/ASW Preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising staff and programs, preferably in a community setting.
Familiarity with providing services to populations experiencing mental health crises and co-occurring disorders or comparable populations.
Experience using strengths-based, trauma informed, and whole person care approaches.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Word, AVATAR, and ability to apply critical thinking around improving program outcomes for persons served.
Strong ability to manage self-care and support staff in building resilience through self-care strategies.

Our total compensation package includes a comprehensive medical and dental insurance plan for full time employees, 403(b) retirement plan, paid holiday, sick time, and 17 days of paid vacation, pro-rated for positions less than 40 hours a week.
