Job Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders efficiently, administer medications, start IVs, and perform necessary treatments and procedures while documenting all care in line with facility policies and legal requirements.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to effectively assess and identify patient conditions.
• Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed decisions in patient care management.
• Provide both routine and emergency care for all types of injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications and oversee over-the-counter medications as directed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop tailored Plans of Care for each patient.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.
