Salary Range: $68,640.00 - $70,699.20

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and procedures, and document all necessary actions per company policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions accurately.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care rendered.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care effectively.
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administer both over-the-counter and prescription medications per physician orders.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and execute a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
• Guide ancillary personnel and uphold professional nursing standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate from a professional academic nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree).
• Current NYS Registered Nurse license required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is necessary.
• 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care is preferred.
• Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of quality concepts, principles, and problem-solving techniques, with the ability to apply them in support of departmental and patient care quality improvement.
