Clinical Nurse - Hematology/Oncology

Join our dedicated team in the Hematology/Oncology unit and make a difference in the lives of patients. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and delivering patient care throughout their stay, focusing on their progress towards discharge.

In this position, you will:

• Assess patient needs and coordinate care effectively.
• Direct and implement patient care strategies as a vital member of the caregiving team.
• Ensure that high-quality and compassionate care is provided uniformly to all patients and stakeholders.
• Manage transitions within the acute care environment to ensure a seamless experience for patients.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $68,640.00 - $70,699.20, based on experience.
