Salary Range: $68,640.00 - $70,699.20

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders and administer medications.
• Start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests while documenting care as per company policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in all patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for a variety of injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed, including over-the-counter options.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care for each patient.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel and uphold high standards of professional nursing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate Degree).
• Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
• 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of quality concepts and problem-solving techniques, with the ability to apply these for departmental and patient care quality improvements.
