Salary Range: $68,640.00 - $70,699.20

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders by administering medications, initiating IVs, performing treatments, procedures, and special tests; ensure thorough documentation in accordance with policy and regulations.

• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient needs and responses to care.

• Exercise sound nursing judgment in making patient care management decisions.

• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.

• Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as directed.

• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.

• Direct and supervise ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of a professional nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree).

• Current NYS Registered Nurse license required.

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained and maintained.

• 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care preferred.

• Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills are essential.

• Knowledge of quality concepts, principles, and problem-solving techniques, with the ability to apply them to enhance departmental and patient care quality.
