Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and procedures, and document all care as mandated by company policy and regulatory standards.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patients' conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to the care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in making patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement personalized care plans for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program leading to a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Possess a current NYS Registered Nurse license.
• Maintain certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of quality improvement concepts and techniques, with the ability to apply them to enhance patient care quality.
