Salary Range: $68,640.00 - $70,699.20

As a Clinical Nurse, you will implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform essential treatments while creating a supportive environment that values kindness and teamwork.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and handling IV starts.
• Evaluating and interpreting diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
• Assessing patient needs and applying sound nursing judgment in care management.
• Providing primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Collaborating with the nursing team to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Guiding ancillary personnel and maintaining high professional nursing standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from a professional nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree.
• Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of quality improvement principles and problem-solving techniques.
