Join our dedicated team as a Registered Professional Nurse, where you will play a crucial role in assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, and implementing patient care. You will focus on guiding patients through their care journey, ensuring their progress toward discharge and effectively managing transitions throughout the acute care experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering and coordinating high-quality patient care with a compassionate approach.
- Working collaboratively with the caregiving team to ensure the needs of assigned patients are met.
- Providing support to referring facilities, hospital staff, and patients across various settings, including inpatient, ambulatory, and community.
- Participating in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP), progressing from novice to competent within your specialty, with opportunities for advancement to proficient or expert status.
The minimum hourly wage for this position is $33.00, with a maximum of $33.99.
