Salary Range: $68,640.00 - $70,699.20

As a Registered Professional Nurse, you will play a critical role in assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, implementing, and managing the needs of assigned patients throughout their care journey, particularly with a focus on facilitating smooth transitions and progress towards discharge.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering and coordinating high-quality patient care in collaboration with the caregiving team.
• Ensuring that all patients, referring facilities, and hospital staff receive compassionate and competent care.
• Participating in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP), aiming for professional growth from novice to competent within your specialty.
• Being eligible to apply for advancement to proficient or expert status as outlined in the NPAP.
