Clinical Nurse I: Ortho/Spine - Nights

Join our compassionate team as a Clinical Nurse in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit (M2). In this role, you will work 36 hours a week during the night shift, providing vital care to our patients and contributing to a healing environment.

As a Clinical Nurse, you will:

• Implement physician orders and administer medications, including starting IVs and performing procedures according to established policies.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and identify patients' conditions.
• Assess patient needs and responses to care and adjust plans accordingly.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care effectively.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Collaborate closely with the nursing team to create individualized Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
