Salary Range: $68,640.00 - $70,699.20

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, and document care in compliance with regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
• Apply sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for a variety of injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as per medical orders.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care for each patient.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) with relevant post-high school training or experience.
• Certification from the National Association of Health Unit Coordinators (NAHUC) is preferred.
• At least one year of healthcare or clerical experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and demonstrate computer skills.
• Effective communication skills, capable of discussing a wide range of issues with internal and external customers.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, punctuality, and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Able to take direction, work cooperatively, and support team goals while maintaining a positive environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
