Salary Range: $68,640.00 - $70,699.20

As a Clinical Nurse, you will:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, and document care in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions.
• Assess patient needs and evaluate responses to care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in making patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with nursing teams to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for patients.
• Direct and guide ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from a professional nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree).
• Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
• Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of quality improvement principles and the ability to apply them effectively.
