Clinical Nurse II - General Medicine/Surgery

Join our compassionate team in the Medical/Surgical Hospitalist unit, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care on the night shift.

Salary Range: $72,072.00 - $74,229.26

Position Responsibilities:

• Display kindness and active listening to create a supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests, while documenting in accordance with company policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and identify patient conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
• Make sound nursing judgments to facilitate effective patient care management.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational health issues.
• Administer medications as prescribed, including over-the-counter and prescription drugs.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
