As a Clinical Nurse II, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders and administer medications, starting IVs and performing treatments and procedures.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patient conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient care needs and responses.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in patient management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree).
• Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• 1-3 years of clinical RN experience, preferably in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Understanding of quality principles and problem-solving techniques.
