As a Clinical Nurse II, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care within our Secure Unit. You'll assess, coordinate, plan, direct, implement, and manage the unique needs of your assigned patients from admission to discharge, ensuring smooth transitions throughout their acute care journey.
This position involves:
- Delivering and coordinating comprehensive patient care with your caregiving team.
- Offering competent and compassionate support to patients, families, and referring facilities.
- Maintaining the highest standards of care across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Your dedication is vital in providing our customers—patients, hospital staff, and others—with a uniform experience of quality care.
Hourly Rate: $34.65 - $35.69
