The Clinical Nurse II in our Medical/Surgical Hospitalist team plays a vital role in fostering a caring and supportive environment for patients, families, and fellow colleagues. Your efforts and dedication are crucial to our mission and the quality of care we provide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders, oversee medication administration, initiate IVs, and conduct treatments, procedures, and special tests, adhering to all company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions effectively.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patient needs and responses to care delivered.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in making patient care management decisions.
• Provide essential primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications, both over-the-counter and prescription, as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop customized Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and supervise ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.

Salary Range: $33.00/hr - $63.98/hr
