Salary Range: $72,072.00 - $74,229.26

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and special tests, and document all treatments in compliance with company policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patients' conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to provided care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in making patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications, both over-the-counter and prescription, as ordered.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree).
• Must hold a current NYS Registered Nurse license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of quality concepts and problem-solving techniques to support patient care quality improvement.

Salary Range: $33.00/hr - $63.98/hr
