Salary Range: $72,072.00 - $74,229.26

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders and administer medications; start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests; document all treatments in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patients' conditions.
• Continuously assess and evaluate patients' needs and their responses to the care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for a range of injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications and over-the-counter medications as needed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized Plans of Care for patients.
• Direct and guide ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program resulting in a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Current Registered Nurse license in New York State is required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is essential and must be maintained.
• Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills are required.
• Ability to utilize quality concepts, principles, and problem-solving skills to enhance departmental efficacy and patient care quality.

Salary Range: $33.00/hr - $63.98/hr
