Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform essential treatments and procedures, all while adhering to company policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patient conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient needs and responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed patient care management decisions.
• Provide prompt primary and emergency care for various medical needs.
• Administer medications, including over-the-counter and prescription drugs, as directed.
• Collaborate with your nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and support ancillary personnel while maintaining high professional nursing standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree.
• Current NYS Registered Nurse License is required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) must be obtained and maintained.
• Exceptional communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Understanding of quality concepts and problem-solving techniques to enhance patient care and departmental initiatives.

Salary Range: $33.00/hr - $63.98/hr
