• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and procedures, and document care as per policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and understand patients' conditions thoroughly.
• Continuously assess and evaluate patients' needs and responses to the care provided.
• Use sound nursing judgment to make critical management decisions regarding patient care.
• Provide both primary and emergency care for various occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as needed and as ordered by physicians.
• Collaborate with your nursing team to develop effective Plans of Care tailored to each patient.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.

Hourly Range: $34.65 - $35.69
