Salary Range: $72,072.00 - $74,229.26

As a Registered Professional Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, implementing, and managing the needs of patients throughout their care episodes. You will focus on ensuring a smooth transition toward discharge, including during acute care stays.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Providing and coordinating high-quality, compassionate patient care with a dedicated caregiving team.
2. Participating actively in performance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction.
3. Exhibiting exemplary service excellence by engaging positively with patients, visitors, and colleagues.
4. Promoting teamwork through open communication and positive interactions with all staff members.
5. Ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients and visitors by adhering to established protocols.
6. Practicing resource stewardship by maintaining a clean work environment and being conscious of costs and supplies.
