In this role, you will:

• Effectively implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, and perform treatments and procedures while ensuring all documentation is compliant with company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patient conditions.
• Assess and continuously evaluate patient needs and responses to care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed patient care management decisions.
• Provide immediate and primary care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications and over-the-counter treatments as directed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
