We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse II to join our Neurosciences & Epilepsy Monitoring Unit. About the Position:

The minimum hourly rate for this position is $34.65, with a maximum of $35.69.

• You will implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and procedures, while ensuring documentation is completed in line with company policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patients' conditions.
• Assess patient needs and respond effectively to the care provided.
• Use sound nursing judgment to make informed patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and maintain an effective Plan of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel, ensuring adherence to professional nursing standards.
