Join our dedicated Orthopedics & Spine Unit team, where compassion and excellence in patient care are our top priorities. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening.
This position involves implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, special tests, and documenting care according to company policies and regulations. You will assess patient needs and responses to treatments, apply sound nursing judgment, and provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Customize comprehensive Plans of Care in collaboration with the nursing team and guide ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing the quality of care we offer.
Salary Range: $72,072.00 - $74,229.26
Hourly Range: $34.65 - $35.69
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a professional academic nursing program leading to a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree
- NYS Registered Nurse license
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Outstanding communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills
- Knowledge of quality concepts, principles, and problem-solving tools, with the ability to apply these for departmental and patient care quality improvement
