Key Responsibilities

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and procedures, and document care in accordance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to effectively assess and address patients' conditions.
• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions.
• Deliver primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational health issues.
• Administer medications as per physician orders, including both over-the-counter and prescription types.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to devise a comprehensive Plan of Care tailored to each patient.
• Guide and oversee ancillary personnel while upholding high standards of professional nursing practice.
