Hourly Wage: $34.65 - $35.69/hr

As a Clinical Nurse II, you will play a vital role in creating a compassionate and supportive environment for our patients, their families, and your colleagues. Your contributions will be essential in promoting high-quality care and nurturing collaboration among the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, perform treatments and procedures, and document all care per hospital policy and regulatory standards.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patients' conditions.
• Regularly assess patient needs and evaluate responses to the provided care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in making decisions regarding patient care management.
• Provide both primary and emergency care for a range of injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed, including over-the-counter and prescription drugs.
• Collaborate with fellow nursing team members to develop and implement comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
