Clinical Nurse II - Vascular Surgery

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse II who will play a crucial role in assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, and managing the care of our patients throughout their treatment journey. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless transition towards discharge while maintaining high standards of patient care in a collaborative environment.

Work Shift: Night

Salary Range: $72,072.00 - $74,229.26

As a Registered Professional Nurse, you will:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, and perform various treatments and procedures while documenting actions as per regulatory guidelines.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions effectively.
• Assess and monitor patient needs and responses to care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in making patient care management decisions.
• Provide immediate care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed, including over-the-counter and prescription medications.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop an effective Plan of Care for each patient.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding the highest standards of professional nursing practice.
