Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

Join our dedicated team as a Clinical Nurse, where you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional care for patients throughout their journey in our healthcare system. In this position, you will assess, coordinate, and implement patient management strategies with a focus on preparing patients for discharge.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments and procedures, and documenting care as per company policy and regulations.
• Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions.
• Evaluating patient needs and responses to care received.
• Applying sound nursing judgment for effective patient care management decisions.
• Providing both primary and emergency care for various health conditions.
• Administering medications as prescribed.
• Collaborating with your nursing team to create comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guiding ancillary personnel and maintaining high standards of professional nursing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of a recognized nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree).
• Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Previous experience as a PCA or similar role is preferred.
• A commitment to continuous education and performance improvement.
• Knowledge of quality concepts and problem-solving techniques to enhance patient care quality.
