Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing physician orders and administering medications.
• Starting IVs and performing various treatments and procedures.
• Documenting treatments in accordance with the company's policies and local/state/federal regulations.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to evaluate and address patients' conditions.
• Assessing patient needs and responses to care provided.
• Utilizing sound nursing judgment for effective patient care management.
• Providing primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational issues.
• Collaborating with the nursing team to develop and maintain an effective Plan of Care for all patients.
• Guiding and overseeing ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree).
• Active New York State Registered Nurse license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of quality improvement concepts and ability to apply problem-solving techniques effectively.
