Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders and administer medications.
• Start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests, ensuring documentation complies with company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
• Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining nursing standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of a professional nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree.
• Current New York State Registered Nurse license required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained and maintained.
• 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care preferred.
• Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills are essential.
• Familiarity with quality concepts and problem-solving techniques, applying them to enhance patient care quality improvement.
