Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

Job Responsibilities:

• Hourly Range: $36.73 - $60.93
• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests while documenting all care as per company policy and applicable regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' health conditions effectively.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to the care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medication—both over-the-counter and prescriptions—following physician orders.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to create comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining the highest standards of professional nursing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from a recognized nursing program that confers a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree.
• Current New York State Registered Nurse license required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is mandatory.
• 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Medical-Surgical or Progressive Care settings is essential.
• Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills are vital.
• Knowledge of quality improvement concepts, principles, and problem-solving tools is preferred, with an ability to apply them in supporting departmental and patient care enhancements.
