Position Highlights:

• Implement physician orders and provide essential care including administering medications, starting IVs, and performing treatments.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to effectively assess patients' conditions.
• Assess and understand patient needs, tailoring care to individual responses.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment for patient care management decisions.
• Deliver primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high professional nursing standards.
