Clinical Nurse III - General Med/Surg (Nights, 36 hrs/week)

Position Overview:

Join our compassionate team in the Medical/Surgical Hospitalist unit where we prioritize patient care and teamwork. As a Clinical Nurse III, you will play a vital role in fostering a supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues through empathetic communication and attentive listening.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform necessary treatments, procedures, and special tests.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions effectively.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs to deliver tailored care based on individual responses.
• Exercise sound nursing judgment in patient care management and decision-making.
• Provide primary and emergency care for a variety of injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications, both over-the-counter and prescription, as directed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.

Work Schedule: Nights, 36 hours per week
Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61
Hourly Range: $36.73 - $60.93
