Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, and performs treatments, procedures, and special tests while adhering to company policy and regulatory standards.
- Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to accurately assess patients' conditions.
- Conducts thorough assessments of patient needs and evaluates responses to care provided.
- Exercises sound nursing judgment in all patient care management decisions.
- Provides immediate and primary care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Administers prescribed medications, including over-the-counter medications as necessary.
- Collaborates with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
- Leads and guides ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.
Hourly Range: $36.73 - $60.93
