Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

The Clinical Nurse III will play a vital role in assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, and implementing care for patients throughout their treatment journey. This role focuses on facilitating progress toward discharge while effectively managing transitions during the inpatient stay. As a Registered Professional Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch patient care and coordinating a collaborative caregiving team to ensure that all patients receive competent and compassionate care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patient needs and condition to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Coordinating with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
• Managing patient care effectively during their hospital stay.
• Acting as a point of contact for patients, their families, and referring facilities.
• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and protecting sensitive patient information.
