Clinical Nurse III: Infectious Disease/Secure Unit

Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Professional Nurse to join our team in the Infectious Disease Med/Surg Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive assessment, coordination, planning, and implementation of patient care throughout their hospital stay, with a special focus on facilitating a smooth transition towards discharge.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate and competent care to patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Coordinating the delivery of patient care with the caregiving team.
• Engaging actively in transitions of care during the acute phase of treatment.
• Participating in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) and progressing towards proficiency within your specialty.
