As a Registered Professional Nurse, you will:

1. Assess, coordinate, plan, and manage the care of assigned patients.
2. Focus on patient progress towards discharge, including during acute care transitions.
3. Deliver and coordinate patient care as part of a dynamic caregiving team.
4. Ensure that all patients receive competent and compassionate care throughout their experience.
