Clinical Nurse III - Infectious Disease Unit

As a Registered Professional Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, coordinating, and implementing patient care throughout their healthcare journey. Your focus will be on managing patient needs with an aim towards facilitating a smooth discharge process, including transitions during their acute care stay.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering and coordinating high-quality patient care with the caregiving team.
• Ensuring that all patients receive competent and compassionate care.
• Building relationships with referring facilities, hospital staff, and patients in various settings.
• Participating in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP), progressing from novice to competent within a specialty, and having the opportunity to advance to proficient or expert status.

Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

Hourly Min: $36.73

Hourly Max: $60.93
