Position Summary:
Join our dynamic Orthopedics & Spine Unit, where your nursing skills will shine in a supportive and collaborative environment. This is an exciting opportunity for both new graduates and experienced RNs to enhance their clinical expertise in a specialized post-surgical setting. You will care for patients recovering from various orthopedic surgeries, including spine operations, hip fractures, wound infections, multiple trauma, and spinal cord injuries.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (36 hours per week)
Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61
As a clinical nurse, you will work in private rooms equipped with ceiling lifts and computers, ensuring a modern and efficient workspace. Comprehensive training will be provided in crucial areas, such as Wound Vac management, BLS, and ACLS.
Collaborative Team Environment:
- Work alongside a diverse team comprised of Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Residents, Attending MDs, Fellows, Patient Care Assistants, and Advanced Surgical Associates.
