Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse III to join our Post Anesthesia Care Unit. Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests, and document care as required by policy and regulations.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions and needs.
  • Assess and evaluate patient responses to care, adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Utilize sound nursing judgment to manage patient care effectively.
  • Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
  • Administer prescribed medications with caution and precision.
  • Collaborate with nursing team members to create individualized Plans of Care for all patients.
  • Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree.
  • Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
  • 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care required.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement concepts and principles, with the ability to apply these in a healthcare setting.

The hourly salary ranges from $33.00 to $63.98.
