Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, and start IVs while adhering to all relevant policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to effectively assess and understand patients' conditions.
• Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications, both over-the-counter and prescription, as necessary.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop individualized Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and support ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate from a recognized nursing program resulting in a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• 1-3 years of clinical RN experience, particularly in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
• Exceptional communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledgeable in quality concepts and problem-solving techniques, demonstrating an ability to apply these for quality improvement in patient care.
