Salary Range: $68,640.00 - $70,699.20

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, perform treatments and special tests, and document care in accordance with company policy and regulatory standards.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to effectively assess and address patient conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient needs and responses to nursing care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications—both over-the-counter and prescription—as ordered by physicians.
• Collaborate with nursing teams to develop comprehensive care plans for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary staff to uphold high standards of professional nursing practice.
