Salary Range: $72,072.00 - $74,229.26

Key Responsibilities:

• Hourly Range: $34.65 - $35.69
• Effectively implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments and special tests in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions accurately.
• Assess patient needs and responses to care, ensuring high-quality nursing care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed decisions regarding patient care management.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed, both over-the-counter and prescription.
• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to develop tailored Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and support ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.
