Salary Range: $72,072.00 - $74,229.26

The Clinical Nurse plays a vital role in creating a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues. This position emphasizes kindness and active listening, recognizing the value of every employee’s contribution to our shared mission.

Salary Range: $34.65 - $35.69

• Implement physician orders and administer medications, including starting IVs, performing treatments, procedures and special tests, while documenting all treatment in compliance with company policy and local/state/federal regulations.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs, responding appropriately to the care rendered.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment for patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer both over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop individualized Plans of Care for all patients.
• Direct and guide ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.
