Salary Range: $68,640.00 - $70,699.20

Key Responsibilities

• Implement physician orders and administer medications while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patient conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patients’ needs and their responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment for effective patient care management.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries.
• Administer medications, including over-the-counter and prescriptions, as directed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop personalized Plans of Care for each patient.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel to uphold professional nursing standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree.
• Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
• Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of quality improvement concepts and the ability to apply problem-solving techniques in support of patient care enhancement.
