About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Co-Executive Director to join our fully remote, 100% volunteer organization. This is an opportunity for an experienced leader to make a significant impact on our strategic and operational initiatives. You will play a crucial role in ensuring programmatic excellence and upholding high standards in finance, administration, fundraising, and communications. Commitment of at least 20 hours per week is required.
Your leadership will energize board members, partner organizations, and funders while expanding and managing our fundraising efforts, targeting an annual revenue of $50K - $100K. You will cultivate relationships that allow us to further our mission of strengthening democracy and connecting voters with the resources they need.
Ideal candidates should have at least 10 years of senior management experience and a proven ability to lead and scale impactful, performance-driven organizations. A strong background in fundraising and communications is essential. We seek an action-oriented, entrepreneurial individual with a passion for our mission and a proactive, positive attitude.
