Co-Manager for Retail Operations

As a Co-Manager, you will:

• Engage deeply in store processes and procedures to consistently meet and surpass financial goals.
• Lead and inspire your team with passion, committed to achieving the highest standards while fostering a culture of empathy.
• Implement daily, weekly, and yearly merchandising plans for seasonal departments.

Starting salary range: $70,000 to $75,000 plus annual bonuses.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in big-box retail management is essential.
• Strong analytical skills for processing information and making sound business decisions.
