Co-Manager - Retail Leadership Opportunity

In your role as Co-Manager, you will:

• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to drive operational excellence and leadership within the store.
• Utilize your merchandising skills to create and uphold visually stunning presentations in your designated area.
• Act as a mentor and leader, supporting both new and existing team members to achieve their fullest potential.

Starting salary range: $65,000 to $70,000 plus annual bonus.

Key Requirements:

• Previous retail management experience.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate for future promotional opportunities.
